Workshop "Career Planning"

Taking into account the participants' individual situations and interests the workshop offers goal oriented and process oriented support for developing individual perspectives and strategies to define pathways attuned to your interests and competencies and to shape your professional career. A structured framework and a variety of targeted methods will allow you to assess your specific situation, to identitfy individual strengths and potentials, to successfully deal with structural or personal ambivalences and barriers, and to define individual goals. On this basis you will be able to develop strategies and tools (e.g. for planning, decision making, professional communication) as well as to identify and employ resources in order to accomplish your defined goals.
In a one-to-one coaching session following the workshop each participant will have the opportunity to work on her or his specific issues on an individual level. All participants are invited to sign up for one individual coaching session to take place either on the 2nd workshop-day (afternoon) or after the workshop.
